Change of Mind

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To lodge a return request, please email support@nuwa.co.nz with:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photographs of the item(s) in question

Once we have reviewed your request, we will assess whether a replacement, refund, or store credit is appropriate.

Important Notes:

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (where applicable)

We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

We may not be able to process return requests without sufficient photographic evidence of the issue
