1. Overview
This website is operated by Nuwa Beauty. By accessing or using our site and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and contributors of content.
Nuwa Beauty reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
2. Product Information
All products listed comply with New Zealand’s Cosmetic Products Group Standard. We take care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate; however, we reserve the right to make changes to product details, pricing, or availability without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payment
All prices listed are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Orders are processed only once payment has been received in full.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock availability, or suspicious activity.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We use NZ Post for all deliveries within New Zealand.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM NZST on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Estimated delivery times:
Urban addresses: 1–3 working days
Rural addresses: 2–5 working days
A signature is required for all deliveries.
We are not liable for delays once a parcel has been handed to NZ Post or for parcels marked as delivered and signed for.
Shipping Costs:
Free standard shipping on orders over $65 NZD.
Orders under $65 will be charged standard NZ Post rates at checkout.
5. Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind due to hygiene and safety regulations.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@nuwa.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos.
This policy does not limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
6. Promotions & Discounts
Promotional offers, discount codes, and vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with one another.
Only one promotional offer may be applied per order.
Nuwa Beauty reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without notice.
7. Product Authenticity & Sourcing
All products sold by Nuwa Beauty are 100% authentic.
We source our products directly from China through trusted suppliers and distribution partners.
8. Intellectual Property
All original content on this website, including but not limited to branding, text, images, graphics, and videos, is the property of Nuwa Beauty and is protected by copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written consent.
9. Privacy Policy
We handle all personal data in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
We collect:
Full name, delivery address, phone number, email, and payment details.
We use this information to:
Process and ship your orders
Provide customer service
Send marketing communications (if you opt-in)
Data Sharing:
We only share data with third parties (e.g. payment processors, couriers) for order fulfillment and legal compliance.

10. Product Use & Allergies
All products are intended for external use only.
We recommend a patch test before full application.
Customers are responsible for checking ingredient lists before purchase. We are not liable for allergic reactions or misuse of products. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice if needed.
